Problem:
A training center that needed to know how to monetize their existing 20,000 email databse, and at the same time attracting new customers to participate in the IELTS and Tofel Exams.
They were using a complicated CRM tool didn't have the know-how to use all its features and take if for granted.
Solution:
I introduced a simple CRM tool called Get Response and it helped them understand how to segment the database they had.
An email sequence of 365 emails has been created to qualify the users and segment them between engaged and non-engaged based on their open and click rates.
We had a small budget to spend on Ads, so we relied on the existing database.So after qualifying the leads and launched different classes, the business generated over $45,000 in 2 months just from the IELTS and Tofel classes.
Results:
A 2 months of consecutive work, the business was able to segment their database from potential clients, engaged users, non-engaged users.
