Problem:
This realestate agency was facing a difficulty generating quality leads to sell Villas and Appartments in Lebanon, GCC, and Africa.

They had over 800 apartments and 200 Villas, the monthly advertising budget was over $25,000.

Solution:
We created mutiple sales funnels and A/B split tested them based on the bait we included for the users and the journey we drew for them.

The sales funnels ideas were as follows:

Online Tour (webinar)
One-Time-Offer

The One-Time-Offer and the Free TOur sales funnels performed almost the same and they both generated a tremendous number of leads making the CPL was around $1.

Results:
With the sales funnels tested and ran, the business was able to generate over $30,000,000 in sales after selling around 30% of the available apartments and villas.
