Problem:
This beauty center was opening in Qatar and Lebanon and needed to build the brand awareness for the brands as well as generating leads to convert them into paying customers.

Solution:
We did several events in Lebanon and managed some partnerships with conferences relevant to the beauty industry like Jamaloukicon.

The paid media action plan was to create an awareness video and retarget the people who saw 25% of the awareness video with a free beauty consultation at the spa.

This way we nurtured the people who were interested in the brand and generated hot and relevant leads.

Results:
The people who saw the video where over 1,000,000 users on Facebook and Instagram, and the users who saw 25% of the video were around 550,000 which showed that the message was very attracted and had a very high audience retention.

The retargeting campaign had a conversion rate of 5% which is above the industry average by 2%, generating over 27,500 leads in 6 months.
