Problem:
This is one of the biggest retailers in the region with over 45,000+ products being sold across 40 stores and an ecommerce website, driving over $350+ Million USD in sales every year.

The KPI was to increase the total sales by 3% by the end of each year and improve the online sales in specific by 20%.

They were having a difficulty in the generation of sales and wanted a whole digital transformation to the whole company and rely more on the ecom stores since it has a very big opportunity to increase sales and gather user data for future acquisition campaigns.

Solution:
A series of several campaigns has been done for over a year to uplift the brand communication strategy and reposition the brand as the biggest retailer in the region.

The campaigns done varied between awareness, sales, and acquisition campaigns, and the budgets spent crossed $15+Million USD.

A lot of partnerships where done with several suppliers like Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, and Programmatic Ads, as well as Radio Stations and Billboard and SMS Suppliers.

Results:
The campaigns done for this brand increased the overall sales performance in general and the online store's sales in specific by 25%, reaching the average basket value equal $200 and average monthly sales over $350,000.
