Problem:
The public and private sectors in Iraq get paid in cash instead using a debit or credit card. So this client provides a debit/credit card solution to over 15 Million people in Iraq.
They had a problem with their online communication strategy, paid media strategy, and the marketing department lacked proper structure.
Solution:
A complete digital marketing and online communications training has been done to the team in Beirut and Baghdad.
The team got re-structured to become a small in-house agency that could deliver digital, content, analytical, and communication activities to the company.
We pitched an online reputation management tool (talkwalker) because it was a semi-governmental company and they were involved a little bit in politics so the company needed to know how to act to negative comments online.
Results:
The department's performance improved dramatically after the training. The team learned how to coordinate a full fledged campaign and improved the way they communicate their unique selling points and improve the brand equity in the market.
Talkwalker helped the business spot every blog, news article, and social media post that was mentioning Qi Card in a positive, negative, or a neutral way.
