I have over 3 years of experience working in Social Media Marketing. Currently, I work as Social Media Marketing Specialist at XIAOMI EGYPT, improving relationship and services for our customers by moderating Social Media platforms and using advanced customers analytics, and creating and maintaining CRM.
Previously, I was the Manager of Marketing and Social Media Marketing Trainer at Al-Jumhria Al-Youm Journal and IAS Academy, where I was responsible for all Social Media platforms, market analysis, content creation, and moderation. I've been analyzing the costumer data to build strong relationship with them and able to make many campaigns for brand awareness.
